He has a knowledge of the craft of building that makes me very confident in my home. Everything about our house is solid from the foundation to framing and painting. Fruth Construction built our custom home in Brellinger subdivision in Columbia, IL. The entire process from our initial meeting until the final day of construction was a smooth process. Alex is very thorough throughout the building process and fair with pricing. You won’t find another builder in the area on the price per square foot with the quality he provides. He was very upfront if we went over our spending allowance and we could decide if we wanted to proceed. There were also no hidden charges on the final bill, which we had heard horror stories about with other builders.
