Mi Casa is a commercial renovation in the downtown Red Bud, Illinois district.  Originally a Ford dealership, this brick building was built in the late 1800’s. Still holding all of its history and charm, this beautiful historical building took on a new life in 2017 when it was renovated to be a delicious sub shop. This building was completely gutted and renovated to meet the needs of this large open dining area. With open, original wood ceilings, this space gives off the perfect historical and industrial vibe with the original exposed red brick.  White subway tile and black grout lines add a crisp and clean element to the large open space. The smell of fresh baking bread wafts through the space and out the garage doors designed to bring in the warm summer air for lunchtime visitors. Seven bar stools line both sides of the service bar for an up-close and aromatic eating experience.
